The project consists of the 2D Animated Short Film, of Three Minutes, named 'Trapped'. The project was the final major project.
The main inspiration for the film was anime, and we collected a lot of reference related to the actions that we needed.
The project was first started out by brainstorming a story for the film. The character bibles and sheets were sketched out.
Post this, the storyboards for the film were sketched out. Once this was done, we started creating illustrations and the backgrounds.
Once everything was set, each scene was animated in Adobe Animate.
The post production was done in After Effects, where the tone of each shot was made to match with respect to the storyline. Finally audio and SFX were added, along with the title animation and credits.
